How do I keep the flowers fresh after they arrive?

Keep the flower boxes in a cool place or inside your refrigerator (do not freeze). Keep boxes closed until you are ready to use them to lock in moisture and fragrance.

Can I choose different colors for the flowers?

Our floral designers choose the best color combinations based on the freshest blooms at harvest. We cannot customize individual colors, but we promise the final look will be stunning.

What packaging comes with my box?

Each delivery arrives in a paper box with banana leaf and butter paper inside, branded paper carry bags, net potlis, paper tags with thread, and thank-you cards. Made to look beautiful on your altar.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Accepted Answer

You can change or cancel up to 7 days before your delivery date. After that, we begin preparing your custom floral sets and cancellations are no longer possible.

What is the difference between Basic, Premium, and Luxury Pooja Box tiers?

All tiers include loose flowers, complete puja samagri, and devotional audio. Flower varieties expand by tier. Basic and Premium include a ceramic diya; Luxury includes a brass diya. Premium adds prasad add-ons, mishri, and a printed Ganesh aarti booklet. Luxury adds haar, gajra, toran, dry fruits, and asan cloth. All three arrive in the same display-worthy box.

We recommend ordering as soon as our Ganesh Chaturthi collection opens. We release a limited number of boxes and earlier orders secure your preferred delivery slot. Orders typically close about a week before the festival once we begin preparing custom floral sets. Message us on WhatsApp if you are ordering close to the date.

Do you deliver to Mulund, Hiranandani Meadows, and nearby areas?

Yes, when your pincode is reachable. We deliver across Thane city by default. For adjacent neighbourhoods such as Mulund, Hiranandani Meadows, and other nearby localities, message us on WhatsApp with your pincode before ordering. We will confirm delivery the same day if we can reach you.
