Where do you deliver?

We deliver within Thane city. For adjacent areas such as Mulund, message us on WhatsApp with your pincode. We'll confirm if we can reach you.

Why should I order early?

Accepted Answer

We prepare a limited number of boxes for each festival season. Ordering early secures your option and preferred delivery slot before we sell out.

How do I keep the flowers fresh after they arrive?

Accepted Answer

Keep the flower boxes in a cool place or inside your refrigerator (do not freeze). Keep boxes closed until you are ready to use them to lock in moisture and fragrance.

What exactly is inside each festival box?

Each festival lists its own inclusions on the product page. Ganpati boxes include loose flowers, puja samagri, and tier-specific styling. Diwali, Dussehra, Karwa Chauth, and Navaratri boxes show the full item list and tier comparison on their collection pages.

Can I choose different colors for the flowers?

Our floral designers choose the best color combinations based on the freshest blooms at harvest. We cannot customize individual colors, but we promise the final look will be stunning.

What packaging comes with my box?

Each delivery arrives in a paper box with banana leaf and butter paper inside, branded paper carry bags, net potlis, paper tags with thread, and thank-you cards. Made to look beautiful on your altar.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Accepted Answer

You can change or cancel up to 7 days before your delivery date. After that, we begin preparing your custom floral sets and cancellations are no longer possible.

What is the difference between Basic, Premium, and Luxury tiers?

Where a festival offers tiers, flower varieties and extras expand by tier. See each product page for the full comparison. Ganpati tiers: Basic and Premium include a ceramic diya; Luxury includes a brass diya, haar, gajra, and more.

When should I order for the open festivals?

Order as soon as you know your dates. Open festivals are listed on our Festivals page with the soonest first. We release a limited number of boxes; orders typically close about a week before your start date. Message us on WhatsApp if you are ordering close to the date.

Do you deliver to Mulund, Hiranandani Meadows, and nearby areas?

Yes, when your pincode is reachable. We deliver across Thane city by default. For adjacent neighbourhoods such as Mulund, Hiranandani Meadows, and other nearby localities, message us on WhatsApp with your pincode before ordering. We will confirm delivery the same day if we can reach you.

How does ordering work?

Open Collections, pick your festival box, choose your option, then tap Order on WhatsApp. We reply to confirm your pincode, festival dates, and delivery window (morning of, or evening before).

What is the MOQ for festival hampers, and can we brand them?

What is the difference between Navaratri Sthapana and the daily or 9-day boxes?

The Ghatasthapana Essentials Kit is the Day 1 Sthapana set — kalash, coconut, mango leaves, jau, flowers, and Day 1 samagri. Daily boxes bring fresh flowers and samagri for each day after that; choose Basic, Premium, or Luxury for one day or a 9-day plan. You can also combine Sthapana with a 9-day plan on the Navaratri product page.

Which Karwa Chauth box do I need if I already have a thali?

If you already keep a thali at home, choose the Karwa Chauth Pooja Box — samagri, 7 dhaan sticks, mitti ka karwa, and ritual essentials that pair with what you have. The Grand Heirloom Box is the full Pehla Karwa set: everything in the Pooja Box plus handcrafted thali, channi, lota, and bridal shringar.
