Because we work with fresh flowers, timing is everything. Garland sets and gajras arrive the morning of Ganesh Chaturthi. For the Signature Pooja Box, your first box is delivered the morning your festival begins, with a fresh daily box for each day of your chosen duration.

We confirm exact dates and morning windows on WhatsApp when you pre-order so someone is home to receive the blooms.

Flowers are perishable art forms. Every arrangement is dispatched in our signature minimalist packaging, conditioned to stay pristine during transit.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt to contact them or you. Due to the highly perishable nature of fresh stems and curated Pooja Boxes, we cannot make a second delivery attempt. The package will be left with a concierge or security gate, or brought back to our studio for pickup.

Please inspect your fresh floral styling upon delivery. Any transit damage must be reported to us on WhatsApp or at hello@thephoolstation.com within 4 hours of receipt with accompanying photographs.
