Because we work with fresh flowers, timing is everything. Your festival box is delivered the morning of your celebration or the evening before — and for multi-day plans, fresh boxes for each day. We lock the window with you on WhatsApp.

We confirm exact dates and your preferred window on WhatsApp when you order so someone is home to receive the blooms.

Thane city deliveries are straightforward. For adjacent areas such as Mulund or Hiranandani Meadows, message us on WhatsApp at +91 77188 45158 with your pincode before you order. We will confirm the same day if we can reach you.

Flowers are fresh and perishable. Every box is packed in a paper box with banana leaf, butter paper, branded carry bags, and potlis, conditioned to stay pristine during transit.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt to contact them or you. Due to the highly perishable nature of fresh stems and curated Pooja Boxes, we cannot make a second delivery attempt. The package will be left with a concierge or security gate, or brought back to our studio for pickup.

Please inspect your fresh floral styling upon delivery. Any transit damage must be reported to us on WhatsApp or at hello@thephoolstation.com within 4 hours of receipt with accompanying photographs.
